Terms and Conditions
•Each lesson lasts for 30-60mins; the club will arrange class schedules according to applicants’ preferences and will inform details accordingly.
•All private lesson packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.
•All lessons will be scheduled before or upon payment.
• Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits due to classes missed because of an illness, injury, personal scheduling conflicts or such like.
•All classes will be cancelled due to red/black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted 2 hour prior the class; make-up classes will be arranged by the club afterwards accordingly.
We will offer participation in another class or a full refund for that lesson.
•All classes will be cancelled due to thunderstorm signal is hoisted by the swimming pool, parents can call the hotline of the swimming to check accordingly. We will offer participation in another class or a full refund for that lesson.
•Cancellations made by us
-Should any cancellations need to be made by us we will endeavour to contact students and/or their parents as soon as possible via email or text.

•No refund will be made for any drop-out course.
